为了确定后刀面磨损的真正原因,可在镗刀加工一两个孔后检查是否有积屑瘤或崩刃存在,降低切削压力和切削热可减少积屑瘤,切削压力与切深和进给速度有关,减小切深和进给速度可降低切削压力和切削热,但同时也会降低生产效率,一种提高生产效率的方法是采用涂层刀具,切屑流经过刀具切削面时,涂层可降低切削热PVD薄膜涂层比CVD薄膜涂层更加有用,因为涂层太厚会使刃口的切削性能恶化。
