硬质合金铣刀是用于切割固体数据的薄圆形刀具的总称,锯片为金刚石锯片,可用于石材切割,硬质合金锯片包括多种参数,如合金刀盘的品种、基体的原材料、直径、齿数、厚度、齿形、视点、孔径等。
这些参数决定了锯片的加工能力和切削功能,选择锯片时,应根据锯切数据的品种、厚度、锯切速度、锯切方向、进给速度和锯切路径宽度正确选择锯片。
合金铣刀品种的选择硬质合金的常用品种包括钨钴和钨钛,由于钨钴硬质合金刀具有良好的抗冲击性,因此在木材加工中得到了更广泛的应用,随着钴含量的增加,合金铣刀的抗冲击性和抗弯强度提高,但硬度和经磨性降低,应根据实际情况选择。
选择合金铣刀的齿数和锯齿的齿数,一般来说,齿数越多,单位时间内切割的刃口越多,切割功能越好,然而,切削齿的数量越多,使用的硬质合金越多,锯片的价格就越高,但是,如果锯齿过密,锯齿之间的切屑容量会变小,这只会导致锯片加热;此外,还有太多的锯齿,如果进给量配合不当,则每个齿的切削量很小,这将加剧刃口与工件之间的摩擦,影响刀片的使用寿命。
锯片的厚度取决于合金铣刀基体的数据和锯片的制作过程,如果厚度太薄,锯片在操作过程中会发生抖动,从而影响切割功能。
选择锯片厚度时,应考虑锯片操作的稳定性以及锯切数据,某些材料所需的厚度也是具体的,应根据设备要求使用,如开槽锯片、划线锯片等。
